Cornelia Fort - Brown-Forman Theatre, 1st Floor

One of the founding members of the Women's Auxiliary Ferrying Squardron (WAFS), civilian flight instructor Cornelia Fort gives her airborne perspective of the attack on Pearl Harbor, when she nearly collided with a Japanese aircraft heading for Hawaii. In her own words, Ms. Fort also describes the trials and tribulations of being a female aviator in the WWII era.
