What’s Your Name, Man?

To complement its #Hamiltix502 contest the Frazier is hosting a small temporary exhibit, What’s Your Name, Man? Featuring artifacts related to Alexander Hamilton, the exhibit includes George Washington’s flintlock rifle and a sugar chest, early 19th c.; a first edition copy of Hamilton’s letter A Full Vindication of the Measures of Congress, 1774; a reprint of The Federalist on the New Constitution by Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison, c. 1817; and a rare original copy of Observations on Certain Documents, the famous 95-page pamphlet penned by Hamilton for which a song in Hamilton: An American Musical (“The Reynolds Pamphlet”) is named.
