Sanskrit mantras have been used for millennia to connect humans to sound vibrations and more blissful states of existence. Instructor Tara Kimes will lead a kirtan, a call-and-response form of ancient mantra practice. Please bring a towel or blanket to sit on. Chairs will be available.
Sessions are free of charge and open to all, thanks to generous support from partner organization Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each participant will receive a free canvas tote bag with a water bottle and a nutritional handout
