Instructor Yong You has practiced the Yang style of Tai Chi since 1980. You has developed a single form practice method to simplify and ease the learning process, and maximize the Tai Chi benefits. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Sessions are free of charge and open to all, thanks to generous support from partner organization Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each participant will receive a free canvas tote bag with a water bottle and a nutritional handout
