Congratulations on winning a free membership to the Frazier Museum!

Please fill out the form below to register for membership!

  • Free memberships must be associated with a physical address in participating counties: Bullitt, Carroll, Cumberland, Monroe, and Spencer

  • Please sign up for ONE membership per household. We will merge accounts with the same address and/or email.

  • The membership will provide access for you, your spouse,/partner and any children under 18.

  • Once you register, your membership will be active in our system.

  • You will not receive physical membership cards, as we are phasing to digital cards for our entire member base.
